  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex, unusual, or high-risk filing situations, researching and resolving rejected filings and other filing-related issues.
  • Work through scenarios where standard procedures do not provide a clear answer, using research, judgment, and appropriate escalation.
  • Assist with high-priority or sensitive client matters requiring elevated attention.
  • Review exceptions, errors, and filing trends to identify areas of operational risk.
  • Meet established turnaround times while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

What You'll Bring:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong judgment and willingness to raise concerns when something appears incorrect or creates risk.

Compensation

  • $60,000-65,000 annual salary based on experience and location
  • Eligible to participate in company bonus plan
