THE OPPORTUNITY:You're someone who can:

- Shape Product Vision & Strategy: Drive the overall product design vision and strategy, ensuring it deeply aligns with the company's strategic goals and product roadmaps. You'll translate complex business objectives and user needs into innovative, feasible, and impactful design solutions that differentiate our products in the market.
- Lead & Empower Product Design Teams: Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a talented team of product designers and researchers. Foster a culture of design excellence, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer obsession, empowering your team to deliver their best work.
- Champion User-Centered Innovation: Elevate design thinking across the organization by championing robust user research and data-informed insights. You'll establish and advocate for user-centered design principles and processes throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring every decision is rooted in a deep understanding of our users.
- Define Design Excellence & Systems: Establish and evolve our design system and comprehensive design guidelines. You'll ensure consistency, quality, and a cohesive user experience across all products on our platform, setting the bar for design craft and efficiency.
- Drive Cross-Functional Impact: Partner closely with the Vice President of Product Management, Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Marketing, and other key stakeholders. You'll ensure a seamless, collaborative approach to product development, from early concept through to successful launch, delivering truly delightful user experiences.
- Innovate & Anticipate: Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation through exceptional product design. You'll proactively explore emerging technologies, design trends, and market shifts to ensure our products remain cutting-edge and future-proof.
- Optimize Design Operations: Effectively manage product design resources, strategically allocate design efforts, and prioritize initiatives to maximize impact and meet critical business objectives.
- Cultivate Top Design Talent: Attract, hire, and retain top-tier product design talent, building a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing team that can scale with our ambitious growth.
- 10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary product design teams.
- Proven track record of successfully leading the design and shipment of complex B2B digital products at scale, evidenced by a compelling portfolio showcasing your strategic impact and design excellence.
- Deep expertise across all facets of product design, including user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing. You understand how these disciplines integrate to create holistic product experiences.
- A strong strategic thinker with the innate ability to translate intricate business goals and nuanced user needs into elegant, intuitive, and impactful design solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You can articulate complex design concepts, rationale, and the business value of design to diverse audiences, including executive leadership, with clarity and conviction.
- Extensive experience establishing, scaling, and evolving comprehensive design systems and agile design processes that drive efficiency and consistency across large product portfolios.
- Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and a keen eye for detail and visual polish.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related design discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a curiosity for emerging AI prototyping solutions and their application in product design workflows.
