The Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations oversees strategic and operational processes, managing third-party vendors, improving efficiency, and ensuring cost-effective fulfillment, while developing a multi-year supply chain strategy.

The Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations is responsible for leading strategic and operational excellence across our third-party supply chain partner, direct oversight of the home ship (direct-to-consumer) program and our quality program. This role will manage key initiatives, drive cost and efficiency improvements, and oversee third-party repair vendors while partnering cross-functionally to ensure on-time, high-quality fulfillment. The role requires a forward-thinking leader with deep experience in operations, vendor management, and data-driven decision-making
Provide day-to-day and strategic oversight of our third-party repair vendor. Ensure adherence to SLAs, drive accountability, conduct performance reviews, and manage operational escalations, including root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
Develop and execute a multi-year supply chain strategy that supports growth, optimizes cost, and enhances customer experience. Evaluate current footprint and make recommendations that improve flow, reduce cycle time, and scale operations.
Partner with regions, third party partners and planning team to ensure on-time fulfillment. Proactively manage inventory splits and provide feedback.
Partner on finding solutions on material constraints and communication with regions.
Engage and lead material solutions.
Lead the home ship initiative, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery to customers. Partner with regional teams to align fulfillment operations with demand
Oversee development and implementation of daily operational dashboards. Track key metrics including delivery performance, cost per shipment, quality issues, and turnaround time. Use data to proactively identify improvement areas and drive change
Champion standard operating procedures across supply chain hubs and vendor sites. Identify, share, and implement best practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance
Partner with regional operations, customer care, engineering, and finance to ensure seamless integration between planning and execution. Communicate key requirements to supporting product and technology teams.
Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs across supply chain functions while maintaining or improving service levels.
Conduct routine visits to hubs and vendor locations to evaluate execution, lead process audits, and reinforce accountability to operational standards
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
7+ years in supply chain operations, logistics, or vendor management
5+ years in a leadership role with P&L or strategy responsibilities
Experience managing third-party partners and holding them accountable to SLAs
Experience with operational dashboards, root cause analysis, and strategic planning
Preferred Education
MBA or advanced degree preferred
