Your role at Clorox:

This leadership position is accountable for delivering $1.0B in Net Customer Sales across the US portfolio through the Grocery, Drug, military, Wholesales and Telephone channels. This includes 5 strategic grocery customers (non-LER) and ~60 direct selling customers of other types (telesales). The organization consists of four FTEs reporting into this position.
This role has accountability for core grocery accounts primarily managed through our external broker, Crossmark. Crossmark represents the largest contract for the sales function and represents $35M in spend.
This role will also be accountable for a go-to-market transformation that drives an efficient and effective margin transformation approach to delivery of BCS and share objectives.
Drives a fiercely competitive, entrepreneurial culture that rewards speed, simplicity and results, and is a visible leader of an inclusive and diverse team.

In this role, you will:

  • Accountable for delivering business results through teams, including NCS and share- 35%
  • Leads GTM transformation - design, ways of working, key process and measurement -15%
  • Leads simplified planning process and investment choices with BU for Grocery and Drug-25%
  • Leads Senior Broker relationship and structure/investment choices -15%
  • Develops Customer Leaders with GM mindset and agility -10%

Note: Key Responsibilities may include other related duties as assigned.

What we look for:

  • Minimum: 8-10 years of CPG Customer leadership experience
  • Desired: 10+ years of CPG Customer leadership plus Sales Planning experience and Broker Leadership experience.
  • Minimum: People leader and culture developer, Leadership and influence within Retailers, Brokers and Clorox, Enterprise thinker, Financial acumen, Expert negotiator

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience, and location.

Salary Range: $182,200 - $382,500

Ranges are subject to change in the future. This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
