Zynga is looking for an experienced Senior Product leader who can own outcomes, drive results, create fun for our players, and directly impact the business performance of large-scale games, including perennial Zynga favorites Words with Friends and Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells. As Senior Director of Product, you will oversee product and game design verticals with Creative Directors and Heads of Product reporting directly to you. You work closely with game team leadership to align on a cohesive vision and strategy for each business unit, ensuring roadmaps are set up to deliver on business objectives. You will partner closely with Engineering, Production, Art, and UX at your level to manage multiple large-scale live franchises and shepherd in-development casual titles to launch.
What You'll Do:Responsible for overall vision, strategy, and top-line business outcomes for the casual division’s product portfolio, currently made up of Words with Friends, Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells, and an unannounced casual title.
Directly manage Heads of Product and Creative Directors on casual while working to develop future product and design leaders.
Collaborate with respective discipline leaders of the Casual Division to drive overall business growth, healthy culture, and productive and happy teams.
Drive product design or innovation that represents a meaningful contribution to the company.
Consistently identify product risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage expectations and communicate optimally to both the game team and senior executives in a variety of formats, including Quarterly Business Reviews.
Ensure the team’s product decisions are based on rigorous analysis and intuitive design. Define analytics standards in partnership with the analytics manager.
Inform and validate roadmap/product direction through proactive customer engagement methods and Consumer Insights partnership.
Strong partner with marketing, user acquisition, analytics, consumer insights, central product, lifecycle management, and VIP
10+ years of experience in product management in consumer web or game development is helpful but not required.
Capable of leading product strategy and vision across the company.
Ability to provide competitive analysis and strategic direction for any feature.
Leader who defines experimentation best practices, including experiment design, analysis methodologies, experiment reports, and readouts.
Strong manager who ensures reports receive mentorship, training, and feedback.
Passion for games and crafting fun, compelling, and exciting user experiences.
Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
BA/BS degree.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $227,700 and $337,020 per Year.
However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
