About The Revenue Team

The Revenue team at Life360 is a multidisciplinary group responsible for driving growth by expanding our subscriber base, increasing engagement, and identifying new high-value opportunities.

We sit at the intersection of product innovation, commercial strategy, and operational excellence. We seek bold thinkers, clear communicators, and commercially minded operators who can help us launch and scale new revenue streams.

About the Job

We’re seeking a Senior Director of Product to unlock a new growth vertical focused on Aging Parents. This role is a unique hybrid: part product visionary and part commercial leader. You will own the end-to-end strategy for identifying, validating, and building services for families who care for their aging parents, a market ripe for innovation and mission alignment.

This is more than a product role. You will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring new users, increasing engagement, and generating meaningful revenue from this new segment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support, while ensuring alignment with the senior management team.

This role is a rare opportunity to lead a highly visible strategic initiative for Life360, with meaningful autonomy, executive sponsorship, and societal impact. You’ll shape a new business from the ground up, help families take care of the people who once took care of them, and unlock the next wave of growth for one of the most beloved consumer safety brands in the world.

The US-based salary range for this position is $229,500 to $337,500. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary; therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Vision

  • Define the vision, strategy, and success metrics for Life360’s Aging Parents vertical, rooted in market insights and user needs.
  • Build and evangelize a long-term roadmap that spans MVP validation to full-scale commercialization.
  • Align executive stakeholders on investment decisions, timelines, and expected outcomes.

Product Leadership

  • Lead product development efforts, including discovery, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
  • Work closely with design and engineering to build exceptional experiences that solve real-world problems for families and their aging loved ones.
  • Partner with product marketing for consumer insights, competitive analysis, and launch strategy.
  • Ensure the roadmap delivers against clear and ambitious outcomes.

Commercial Ownership

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, and Lifecycle teams to define and execute launch strategies.
  • Own and deliver key KPIs: acquisition, engagement, conversion, LTV, and contribution margin.
  • Help define the financial model and operating plan for the Aging Parents vertical as a standalone revenue line.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Lead a cross-functional team that includes a mix of dedicated and matrixed resources across the organization.
  • Represent the vertical in executive meetings, business reviews, and board-level discussions.
What We’re Looking For

Senior-level Product Leadership

  • 10+ years in product management with a track record of leading 0→1 initiatives.
  • Experience building consumer-facing products from concept to launch.
  • Demonstrated success in owning a full product lifecycle and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to identify underserved markets and translate unmet needs into product strategy.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, scrappy experimentation, and fast iteration cycles.
  • Thrives in environments where they can build vision, test MVPs, and scale quickly.

Commercial & Strategic Thought Leader

  • Proven history of innovating for the customer to drive business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of business models, unit economics, and P&L ownership.
  • Experience driving KPIs like acquisition, conversion, retention, LTV, and contribution margin.
  • Has built or scaled a revenue-generating vertical or product line.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic thinking: able to craft and communicate a long-term vision.
  • Data-driven: analytical and metrics-focused decision-making.
  • Strong communicator and storyteller: especially in pitching ideas to execs and aligning teams.
  • Product discovery and innovation: skilled in user research, prototyping, testing.
  • Growth orientation: familiarity with product marketing, funnel optimization, and customer segmentation.
Our Benefits
  • Competitive pay and benefits
  • Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans (100% paid for employees)
  • 401(k) plan with company matching program
  • Mental Wellness Program & Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental well being
  • Flexible PTO, 13 company wide days off throughout the year
  • Winter and Summer Week-long Synchronized Company Shutdowns
  • Learning & Development programs
  • Equipment, tools, and reimbursement support for a productive remote environment
