Job SummaryThe Senior Director, Procurement, RNA (Region North America) Hub, leads the U.S., Canada, and Caribbean region in the function of global indirect procurement. This role leads the Hub NAM Category Management Team as well as the local country indirect procurement operational teams.
*This position requires working onsite in Lake Zurich, IL, 3 days per week; other days may be worked remotely.

• Salary Range: $250,000-270,000
• Position is eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan with a target of 22% of the base salary.
• Position is eligible to participate in our medium-term incentive plan.
• Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for definition, development and implementation of the Hub strategy in full alignment and under the Global Indirect Procurement Strategic Framework: Cost Productivity, Payment Term Plan and Vendor Rationalization.
  • Establish and implement short/mid/long term sourcing plans across various categories of Indirect Procurement in collaboration with the internal stakeholders to support the Growth Agenda of the HUB NAM Region.
  • Advocate and implement Global Functional Policies, Standards, Templates and Playbooks to ensure compliance, consistency and full transparency of the Indirect Procurement Agenda.
  • Lead Category Management Team and Local Procurement Operations with high level of engagement and consistent performance management approaches.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process and monthly performance reviews.
  • Act as Business Partner and promoting procurement towards senior-level stakeholders.
  • In charge of NAM HUB Category Strategies for the Region-led and local vendors, implements Global Strategies for Centre-led categories/vendors.
  • Actively participate/own Transformational initiatives for HUB NAM: TOM, ARIBA P2P, Contract Life Cycle management, Automation, others.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economics/Supply Chain; master’s degree is strongly preferred
  • 12+ years of working experience in related field (supply chain, procurement, sourcing, operational excellence, etc.) and 7 years of management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in systems/process related transformation.
  • Advanced negotiation skills and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with the application of procurement standards (Procurement policies, Standard Operating Procedures, etc.).
  • Ability to work in an international business environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of procurement solutions, preferably SAP products.
