About the role:
Our HubSpot People team takes an innovative and flexible approach to HR (we aren’t your traditional People team). We embrace our unique culture and solve for our rapid business growth. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Director of People Business Partners to provide strategic HR leadership to our senior leaders across our global GTM organisation. Our GTM org consists of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue Operations.
The ideal candidate in this role will bring experience leading a team of HR BP’s in a fast paced global technology company. Experience supporting GTM stakeholders is preferable. You will also be passionate about learning HubSpot’s culture, how we support our leaders and our strategic goals. In your role, you will:
- Provide strategic HR leadership to our senior leaders across our global GTM org which consists of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations (a broad scope of work supporting 5,000 employees across 14 countries)
- Set a forward-looking people strategy, driving alignment and collaboration among executives to achieve organizational goals while also creating the operating model for partnership engagement within the Flywheel Pillar
- Lead a direct team of four business partners, each supporting a senior leader, while guiding them in the development and execution of their respective strategies
- Serve as an advocate and coach for building diverse and inclusive teams while also holding a high bar for performance within your own team
- Guide & coach senior leadership across people-related areas such as talent & performance management, employee engagement, change management, and org design
- Proactively utilize people trends to identify gaps, and deploy people strategies that enable the organization to perform effectively, and scale efficiently as it grows
- Positively collaborate & influence across peers within our broader People team to drive People initiatives that solve for your clients' strategic needs
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has over 10 years of HRBP experience in a high-growth technology company, specifically supporting GTM / Commercial leaders (Sales,Marketing and Customer Success) as their primary stakeholder group.
- Seeks out and thrives in a culture of high ambiguity and knows how to drive success as priorities shift.
- Has a strong customer service mindset & entrepreneurial spirit. Seeks out & incorporates customer feedback early and often.

- Has the ability to exercise sound and efficient judgment when managing complex decisions, and utilizes data and systems to drive decision making.

- Is resourceful and resilient in the face of ambiguity and disagreement.
- Enjoys pivoting from strategic problem solving to strong execution (known to roll up their sleeves to get the job done).

Cash compensation range: 176900-283000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary and an annual bonus target under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
