About the Role:

The Senior Director of Partnerships & GTM Strategy is responsible for owning the lifecycle of 3 rd -party system integrations and the Go-To-Market (GTM) engine that powers the Hospitality / QSR client vertical. This role governs our relationships with Hotel Management Systems (HMS), ERPs and POS providers as well as Digital Signage and Interactive CMS partners to ensure client satisfaction within the technical operations of these platforms.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the commercial and technical relationships with 3rd-party system partners (e.g., SignageOS, Canopy) and 3rd party CMS vendors.
  • Orchestrate how data (events, menus, room status) flows through CMS partners to digital displays, interactive kiosks, and in-room entertainment systems to create a frictionless guest journey.
  • Oversee the health of integrations in collaboration with Engineering.
  • Act as the vertical lead for our Managed Services teams, providing the "Hospitality POV" to ensure support models and maintenance schedules align with hotel uptime and guest-experience standards.
  • Identify and onboard "best-of-breed" partners in emerging technology, such as AI-driven wayfinding and personalized interactive guest portals.
  • Own the messaging that explains how our ecosystem - supported by proactive Managed Services - solves legacy "data silo" problems and enhances the end-to-end guest journey.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Media group to define how on-property advertising should be integrated into the guest journey. Provide market-specific insights to ensure advertising models are optimized for the hospitality environment.
  • Develop high-level commercial tools, such as Integration Architecture Maps, that demonstrate the seamless flow of data from the POS to the guest’s screen and the back-end ad-engine.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert at industry-defining events like HITEC and Phocuswright, and lead high-stakes customer pitches for our largest accounts.
  • Lead the commercial rollout of new integrations and services, ensuring absolute alignment between Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to drive co-selling opportunities with CMS, HMS, and media partners.
  • Build the definitive playbook for selling an end-to-end integrated guest experience, effectively bundling software, Managed Services, and Retail Media into a single cohesive vertical offering.
  • Establish and report on KPIs, including partner-influenced revenue, integration health metrics, advertising yield (ARPU), and the measurable impact on guest satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned by management
