What you'll do at Deel

  • Lead, shape and implement marketing operations strategy across existing and new channels. 

  • Manage and own Marketing Operations tech stacks to track, analyze, and scale global marketing programs.

  • Own process flows across all top-of-funnel systems, enforcing data hygiene, segmentation, and compliance.

  • Oversee the creation and management of the marketing forecast model to deliver precise pipeline and revenue projections.

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing operations professionals

  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance workflows and enable scalable growth.

  • Own granular global pipeline targets across all pipeline horsemen. Work closely with Marketing/Growth and Partnership teams to set and deliver pipeline targets, and to close gaps in actuals vs targets through root cause analysis of variance drivers.

  • Analyze efficacy of pipeline acquisition tactics and optimize campaigns and investments to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), improve Qualified Opportunity (QO) conversion, and improve Sales Win Rate.

  • Own “source of truth” reporting on pipeline health across multiple KPIs, in partnership with Data and Growth teams, including quality assurance on data definitions and data integrity.

  • Spearhead complex change management initiatives that improve the performance of the business.

  • Work in a highly collaborative manner to drive revenue growth and scalable operations with various stakeholders across our Go-To-Market functions (e.g. Sales, Growth, Marketing, Partnerships), RevOps teams (Sales Ops, Systems & Process, Enablement), and our Product team.

Some key qualifications

  • 8+ years of demonstrated success in marketing operations, or a business operations function at leading tech companies

  • Command of Salesforce and adjacent sales productivity applications; experience with prospecting tools is a plus

  • Strong understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards

  • Excellent analytical aptitude, ability to derive actionable insights from data

  • Experience  working on a global team and collaborating with global stakeholders 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence rapid business outcomes

  • Strong problem solver with the ability to drive detailed cross-functional projects

  • Nimble, adaptable, resilient, resourceful and gritty. Good sense of humor is a plus!
