Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisor & Change Leader Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving HR strategies that accelerate business performance and organizational agility. Lead transformation initiatives with urgency and precision.
- Organizational Effectiveness & Design Diagnose organizational challenges and design structures that maximize impact. Apply SharkNinja's mindset to seek problems, validate assumptions, and challenge the status quo.
- Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning Build and execute strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Implement succession planning, leadership development, and predictive workforce analytics.
- Culture & Engagement Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture. Reward behaviors that bring on the bad-spotting problems and driving solutions-while fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Data-Driven Insights Use analytics to uncover hidden issues, measure impact, and inform decisions. Operate with urgency by turning insights into action quickly.

Qualifications
- Experience:
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including 7+ years in strategic HRBP roles.
- 7+ years leading HR teams, including coaching and developing senior‑level HR professionals.
- Experience leading HR Shared Services / HR Operations / People Experience functions.
- Proven success driving large‑scale change management initiatives and enterprise-wide HR transformation.
- Ability to influence business decisions through data, insights, and predictive workforce analytics
- Deep understanding of HR Shared Services operating models, including:
- HRIS / systems optimization
- Service delivery frameworks
- Case management and tiered service structures
- Experience building or improving process efficiency, standardization, and scalability across HR functions.
- Ability to collaborate with COEs (Compensation, Talent, DEI, Total Rewards) and Shared Services to implement seamless, integrated people solutions.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
- Leadership Impact:
- Ability to influence senior executives and lead through complexity.
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills.
- Organizational Effectiveness Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of org design, change management, and workforce planning.
