We are seeking a Senior Director, Head of Agency Sales to lead our agency sales function and drive strategic growth across IQVIA Digital’s largest partnerships. This role oversees multiple agency teams, manages key relationships including CMI/WPP, and aligns sales strategy with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in healthcare marketing, a passion for developing talent, and a consultative approach to connecting client needs with IQVIA’s data-driven solutions.

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Actively manage a team of Sales Directors and Sales Managers through coaching, strategic mapping, and target assignment 

  • Provide key client relationship management across one or multiple health agencies 

  • Navigate complex agency relationship maps and identify key stakeholders across functions 

  • Consult with clients to align IQVIA’s data and measurement solutions with their strategic needs 

  • Develop and communicate the current sales landscape, opportunity pipelines, and growth strategies with the CRO and senior leadership 

  • Collaborate with product and client services leadership to ensure sales and account team readiness for new feature releases 

  • Drive awareness of IQVIA Digital and Lasso among healthcare marketing decision-makers and industry partners 

  • Integrate sales, marketing, and product management goals into a cohesive sales strategy 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 

  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in digital marketing, including  data-driven solutions 

  • Proven experience managing clients in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry 

  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams 

  • Strong understanding of the health data and measurement landscape 

  • Excellent relationship-building and strategic communication skills

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $125,300.00 - $349,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
