As the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, you will be at the forefront of accelerating Cellebrite's growth trajectory. In this key marketing leadership position, you will lead a growth marketing team comprised of digital marketing, customer marketing, account-based marketing and campaigns. You will spearhead innovative marketing strategies that will shift the organization from a focus on lead volume to account engagement and qualification while also increasing focus on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and retention leveraging both traditional and digital channels. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute comprehensive growth marketing plans, aligning them with the company’s overarching business goals. 
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Drive targeted engagement with key accounts through personalized messaging aligned with their buying stages. Prioritize account engagement over lead volume by focusing on accounts actively in-market and ready to purchase. 
  • Digital Marketing Innovation: Oversee digital marketing budget and initiatives, including paid search, digital advertising, social media and content marketing. 
  • Demand Generation and Lead Conversion: Develop targeted marketing campaigns to generate demand, leads, and convert them into sustainable revenue streams. 
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Enhance the customer journey through personalized marketing, retention strategies, and lifecycle management. 
  • Brand Management: Uphold and evolve the company’s brand identity and values across all marketing efforts. Team Management and Development: Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, product development, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to market penetration and customer experience. 
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics and market research to guide strategies, assess performance, and adapt tactics. 
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI. 

Requirements
  • Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or related field. 
  • Extensive experience in digital growth marketing in a leadership role. 
  • Extensive ABM/ABX implementation experience using 6Sense or equivalent 
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams. 
  • Be highly data driven with data analytics experience 
  • Expertise in various marketing channels and analytics tools. 
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
