Job Description:

As the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing, you will successfully promote the company through a strong public relations and thought leadership program that includes content, social media, brand messaging and visuals. As the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing, you must be a driven and engaged senior leader with a successful track record of building and leading brand, content, and public relations globally. In this opportunity, you will have experience across content strategy and execution, public relations, brand development, creative, social media, and thought leadership campaigns.
You will partner with the Product Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to align the customer journey seamlessly. You will have the autonomy to take key insights and creative ideas and translate them into meaningful and impactful strategies with content in order to deliver awareness and advocacy for the market across all areas; earned, owned, paid and shared.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage corporate communications across a variety of channels including but not limited to public relations, executive thought leadership and social media.
  • Lead content strategy and development phases of campaigns that incorporate industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the definition of the strategic objectives for marketing and build strong working relationships to deliver as a team.
  • Implement content strategies.
  • Create and implement corporate marketing and brand strategies, that result in consistent branding, messaging, and positioning.
  • Oversee all creative projects to ensure brand consistency.
  • Build, manage, and lead a strong team by recruiting, coaching and developing team members.
  • Develop standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Work well within collaborative, integrated teams, displaying a proven ability in running a team, controlling timelines and budgets, anticipating issues and working towards solution of complex problems.
  • Experience managing multiple agency and vendor relationships.

Required Qualifications:         

  • BA/BS degree
  • 8-10+ or more years of experience in content marketing, communication, and public relations.
  • Experience managing a team with direct reports.
  • Experience launching large content marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of buyer’s journey in a B2B setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience and knowledge of data center, cloud, connectivity and data protection services market are strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Asana, Seismic, and Google Analytics
  • MBA

Physical Requirements:        

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Moderate keyboard usage

Base Pay Range: Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $170,000 - $190,000. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications.  

Bonus: This role is eligible for discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
