Fueled is a leading digital strategy, design, and engineering agency. We are a 300+ person team that has designed and built hundreds of digital products and experiences for brands like Google, Apple, The New York Times, ESPN, Victoria’s Secret, MGM Resorts, Albertsons, and CLEAR.

As a Senior Director of Content Strategy, Design, & Operations, you’ll define how content functions as a strategic asset across enterprise digital platforms. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, design, operations, and technology—building new capabilities, shaping how content-led solutions are delivered, and helping clients create scalable, measurable content ecosystems. This role offers the opportunity to influence both near-term client outcomes and the long-term evolution of Fueled’s content practice.

Intentionally remote and globally distributed across six continents, our team thrives in a culture that values flexibility, creativity, and cutting-edge technology. Together, we’re shaping the future of digital experiences.

What you will do:
  • Build and scale a content strategy, design, and operations function that positions content as a core driver of enterprise product and platform success.
  • Lead research-driven content and CMS strategy across complex client engagements, aligning experience quality with operational rigor.
  • Implement AI-assisted content workflows and governance models that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
  • Advance Fueled’s go-to-market content offerings by shaping service narratives, participating in pitches, and supporting new business growth.
  • Influence cross-functional teams by integrating content thinking into engineering, design, analytics, and product decision-making.
What you will achieve:
  • Establish a clear, repeatable approach to content strategy and operations that enables clients to scale content with confidence.
  • Create measurable improvements in content quality, efficiency, and governance across enterprise CMS implementations.
  • Strengthen client partnerships by serving as a trusted senior advisor who can navigate ambiguity and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Advance Fueled’s reputation as a leader in content-led digital transformation through thought leadership and delivery excellence.
  • Lead the growth and maturity of a high-performing, multidisciplinary content team.
About you:
  • You’re a builder by nature, energized by creating new capabilities, frameworks, and teams from the ground up.
  • You have a passion for content as a strategic system, not just an output, and care deeply about how content is planned, designed, and operated.
  • You are well-versed in translating complexity into clarity, helping teams and clients move forward even when the path isn’t obvious.
  • You’re curious about how emerging technologies, including AI and automation, can meaningfully improve content operations and outcomes.
  • You’re excited by the opportunity to influence both client work and the evolution of a growing, remote-first practice.
