Dynata is seeking a Senior Director of Consumer Intelligence Products to lead the strategy, development, and commercialization of a portfolio of Consumer Intelligence products built on Dynata's industry-leading first-party data assets. This leader will define and execute Dynata's Consumer Intelligence product vision, transforming proprietary panel, survey, profile, and behavioral data into scalable, market-ready products that strengthen Dynata's position as a leader in data and intelligence solutions. 

Reporting to the VP,  AI and Intelligence Products, the Senior Director will establish a roadmap for recurring, one-to-many data products that create value for clients and sustained revenue growth for Dynata. 

Initially, this role will operate as a hands-on product leader responsible for opportunity assessment, customer discovery, product strategy, and commercialization efforts. As the Consumer Intelligence portfolio expands, this leader will build and scale a team to support continued growth and innovation. 

Key Responsibilities 

Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership 

  • Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dynata's Consumer Intelligence product portfolio. 

  • Identify opportunities to productize proprietary panel, survey, behavioral, and profile data assets. 

  • Build business cases and investment recommendations for new data products and product enhancements. 

  • Establish product success metrics, growth objectives, and revenue targets. 

Market & Customer Insights 

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive offerings, and emerging market trends. 

  • Work closely with commercial teams to identify new revenue opportunities and expansion paths. 

  • Assess product-market fit and prioritize opportunities based on customer value, feasibility, and business impact. 

  • Serve as an internal and external thought leader on the Consumer Intelligence market landscape. 

Product Development & Commercialization 

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Consumer Intelligence products from concept and requirements through launch and scale. 

  • Build connections with complementary offerings, such as Audience Activation, and identify and execute on opportunities to drive greater customer value together. 

  • Partner with marketing, research, data science, and engineering teams to develop differentiated data assets and methodologies. 

  • Define product packaging/format, pricing, licensing, and commercialization strategies. 

  • Drive adoption through customer engagement, industry education, and close partnership with commercial teams. 

Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Partner closely with Product, Panel, Technology, Research & Data Science, Commercial and Operations leaders. 

  • Align stakeholders around investment priorities, roadmap decisions, and commercialization strategies. 

  • Lead cross-functional teams to translate market opportunities into scalable products, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact. 

  • Build and scale a team of product managers as the Consumer Intelligence portfolio grows. 

Qualifications 

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, data products, analytics products, market research, or related fields. 

  • Proven experience launching and scaling commercial data products or subscription-based information products. 

  • Strong understanding of market research, consumer data, audience data, panel-based data, or related data ecosystems. 

  • Demonstrated ability to translate data assets into scalable, revenue-generating products. 

  • Experience developing product strategy, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans. 

  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to evaluate market opportunities and product investments. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing VP-level and executive stakeholders. 

  • Demonstrated success operating effectively in ambiguous environments and leading early-stage data product initiatives, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution. 

  • Experience building and leading high-performing product teams. 

  • Experience working with data, analytics, research, or SaaS platforms preferred.

The base salary range for this position in is $150K-$200K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
