Founded by a practicing physician and a senior pharmaceutical executive, Impiricus was created to transform how life sciences companies support physicians. Job Summary:

We’re looking for a seasoned go-to-market programs leader to drive results with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) — a battle-tested operator with deep experience in high-growth environments who makes our commercial leadership faster, smarter, and better aligned. This is not a passive coordination role. You will be a force multiplier for the CCO: anticipating needs before they are voiced, building the infrastructure that keeps the commercial engine running, and owning high-stakes projects from inception to completion.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Strategic Support for the CCO

  • Serve as the CCO’s trusted thought partner — helping to see around corners, pressure-test ideas, and translate strategy into executable plans
  • Build board-ready materials, executive presentations, and internal communications that are clear, compelling, and accurate
  • Chase down data points, synthesize commercial insights, and surface the information the CCO needs to make confident decisions
  • Drive alignment across commercial projects — managing stakeholder dynamics, resolving blockers, and keeping initiatives moving

Commercial Program Management

  • Own program management for non-sales commercial projects spanning marketing, operations, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Manage dependencies across adjacent teams, ensuring handoffs are clean and timelines are met
  • Drive meeting cadence, pipeline reviews, and HubSpot hygiene — building the operational rhythm that keeps the commercial team sharp
  • Lead the commercial team’s best practices Center of Excellence: capturing what works, documenting what doesn’t, and packaging it for adoption by sales ops and sales leadership

Enablement & AI-Driven Process Innovation

  • Lead adoption and change management for new tools, processes, and ways of working, developing rollout plans, role-based playbooks, and enablement programs
  • Deploy AI agents and build AI-powered workflows that meaningfully improve commercial team productivity and decision-making
  • Stay ahead of the AI tooling landscape —  know what is worth implementing and what is noise, and does act accordingly
  • Create feedback loops and iteration cadences to continuously improve what we have built

Special Projects

  • Take the lead on internal commercial special projects, including the Commercial Roundtable and other high-priority CCO initiatives
  • Partner with the CCO and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on mission
Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience, including 3–5 years in management consulting (strategy, operations, or GTM focus at MBB, Big 4, or boutique strategy firm)
  • 3-5 years commercialization experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device space preferred
  • Demonstrated experience at a venture-backed or high-growth company that scaled rapidly — think 3–10x revenue or headcount growth within a 2–3 year window. Didn't just observe the hypergrowth, but have experience in the room building through it
  • Hands-on track record of deploying AI agents and building workflows around LLMs within a commercial or operations function— not just familiarity, but real implementation experience with real adoption outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills— Building a board deck that tells a crisp story and write an exec memo that doesn't require a follow-up
  • High proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM; you understand pipeline hygiene and how data quality affects commercial decision-making

The base salary range for this role is $170,000-$220,000

Where you land within the range will reflect your skills, experience, and location, while keeping team parity in mind and leaving room for future growth.
