What you'll be responsible for:
As Senior Director, Brand Storytelling & Systems, you will lead and scale two core brand functions-go-to-market creative and brand design-guiding how Circle, USDC, and future products show up across the world. You'll drive differentiated storytelling and unified design systems that resonate across a range of audiences, from institutional decision-makers to individual users. Reporting to the VP of Brand & Creative, you'll operate across strategy, execution, and operations to deliver work that strengthens Circle's brand presence, unlocks new markets, and elevates our reputation in both commercial and regulatory channels.
What you'll work on:
  • Lead high-impact, integrated campaigns across brand, product, partner, and cultural moments globally.
  • Oversee and evolve scalable design systems that support Circle's brand architecture, including USDC and new sub-brands.
  • Deliver creative that resonates with global enterprises, developers, end users, and policy stakeholders across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C surfaces.
  • Define and activate differentiated brand narratives and design strategies to position Circle distinctly in the market.
  • Integrate cultural insights and regional nuance-especially across LATAM and APAC-into brand creative and messaging.
  • Drive adoption of AI-native tools and workflows to enhance design, content, and production efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Comms, Legal, and Web to deliver cohesive, compliant, and high-craft creative at scale.

What you'll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements
  • 13+ years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership roles, with exposure to regulated or infrastructure-heavy industries.
  • 7+ years of experience leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary creative teams.
  • Proven ability to scale and activate global brands across North America, LATAM, and APAC markets.
  • Experience leading creative that spans B2B, B2C, and B2B2C surfaces across digital and physical environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and evolving brand identity systems and campaign frameworks.
  • Strong ability to operate across strategic, creative, and operational layers of execution.

Preferred Requirements
  • Experience embedding generative AI or automation tools into creative workflows and production pipelines.
  • Background in fintech, crypto, financial services, or similarly complex domains.
  • Proven track record of shaping brand perception across both commercial and regulatory audiences

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range:
$220,000 - $275,000
