Job Description

The Integrated Marketing team is responsible for client servicing and strategically activating campaigns including custom content, media sponsorships, influencers, sampling, experiential, and market research to create authentic, meaningful connections with our audience.  This department works hand in hand with client partners and the HCM sales, branded content, design, and ad operations teams to bring innovative and cutting-edge Gen Z marketing campaigns to life.

Job Description 

  • Lead the Integrated Marketing team and help facilitate team success, productivity, and morale reporting directly into the senior leadership team (SVP/C-Suite)

  • Directly manage 3-5 senior team members and oversee the broader Integrated Marketing organization of 10-15+ marketers

  • Manage resource allocation for the Integrated Marketing team, strategically assigning campaign leads and organizational structures, and recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members as needed 

  • Service as the integrated marketing leadership point to client partners and lLead by example in modeling exceptional client service and relationship building, successful campaign management, and gaining client trust and renewal business

  • Oversee the execution of all integrated marketing campaigns across community (influencer, ambassadorships), digital, and experiential service offerings with a strategic focus on campaign renewal and incremental wins

  • Ensure strategic execution of campaign within set budgets, make decisions on campaign-related expenses, and oversee campaign profitability

  • Serve as an escalation point for your direct reports and resource for the team as a whole, providing mentorship, guidance, and proactive problem-solving 

  • Continuously develop and hone internal processes, tools and systems that drive efficient campaign development, execution, optimization, and reporting 

    • Lead and oversee implementation of AI tools for operational efficiency

    • Lead and oversee team of global talent in supporting business operations

  • Regularly meet with other internal stakeholders to refine cross-departmental collaboration and processes and collaborate with your counterparts in Strategy, Sales, and Planning to provide strategic recommendations and insights in the pre-sale phase 

  • Facilitate solutions to win new business while providing checks and balances and raising post-sale considerations impacting campaign success such as inventory, timelines, and budgets

  • Be an expert on all HCM ad sales marketing products including branded content, media, influencers, social media advertising, experiential and sampling and help propel further growth and innovation

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of full-time experience in an integrated marketing role at a digital media company and/or social media or influencer agency, with account management, integrated marketing and/or campaign operations experience 

  • 2+ years of integrated marketing or account management team leadership experience with strong desire to manage a team and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the entire organization

  • Track record of success developing and managing complex integrated campaigns/activations attached to large budgets and working directly with seasoned Director/VP level partners

  • Experience using and implementing AI and/or global talent solutions to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness

  • Strong analytical mindset; very comfortable synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data to develop and iterate upon insight-driven marketing strategy on a micro and macro level (“seeing both the trees & the forest”)

  • Creative, solutions-oriented problem solver with an ability to identify and implement win-win solutions

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and diplomacy skills, very comfortable with crisis management, de-escalation, and helping facilitate alignment, consensus and collaboration between multiple stakeholders

  • Superb organizational and project management skills, able to identify opportunities to improve alignment, process, and scalability within the full campaign lifecycle

  • Genuine interest keeping up with Gen Z culture and marketing/publishing trends, with ability to quickly identify and pitch relevant, actionable monetization opportunities

Salary Range: On Target Earnings (OTE) $130-180k

Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, experience, and other factors.
