  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and track performance against defined metrics;
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and scope changes, implementing corrective actions when needed;

  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to existing processes and workflows.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital project management within an agency environment;
  • Proven experience managing 5–6 projects simultaneously, including medium to large-scale digital initiatives;
  • Strong expertise in project planning, estimation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management;
  • Ability to independently make decisions and take ownership of project outcomes;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Experience leading remote, cross-functional teams;
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments;
  • Advanced spoken and written English suitable for direct client communication.

Nice to Have:

  • Russian language skills are a significant advantage;
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., ActiveCollab, Jira);
  • Familiarity with design workflow tools (e.g., Figma);
  • Passion for design and a strong understanding of the design process.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary
  • PTO
  • Paid annual holidays
  • Unlimited sick days
  • Additional EOY PTO during December holidays
  • Regular company retreats
  • Amazing clients ranging from top startups to leading brands
  • Supportive team and healthy work environment
