As a Senior Project Manager at Fueled, you are not just a task manager—you are a strategic contributor to every project and a key driver of successful client delivery. You’ll join a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team that has been pushing the boundaries of enterprise-level work for over 12 years, while owning a diverse mix of innovative, complex projects and ongoing support engagements. Supported by a strong Client Delivery structure and established project management practices, you’ll have the autonomy to lead effectively while benefiting from thoughtful resource management and balanced workloads.

What you will do: 
  • Lead successful delivery of complex, multi-project portfolios by owning outcomes, ensuring alignment across teams, and consistently meeting client and business objectives
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks through proactive analysis of progress, budget, and scope enabling informed decision-making and protecting project health
  • Elevate delivery quality by fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and upholding high standards that result in exceptional client experiences
  • Shape strategic direction by leading discovery efforts that translate client goals into clear, actionable plans with measurable impact
  • Grow client partnerships by identifying opportunities to expand engagement, increase value, and contribute to long-term account success
What you will achieve:
  • Deliver roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes, aligning product direction to client goals and demonstrating clear impact on performance, engagement, or growth
  • Increase team efficiency and delivery velocity, resulting in smoother cross-functional collaboration and more predictable, on-time project execution
  • Expand account value and longevity, contributing to new workstreams and deeper client partnerships through demonstrated impact and trust
  • Improve delivery consistency, reducing delays, scope misalignment, and execution friction through scalable process enhancements
  • Position clients for future success, applying expertise in CMS platforms and emerging technologies (including AI) to influence forward-looking, competitive solutions
About you: 
  • You successfully deliver complex, CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients, navigating scope, scale, and stakeholder expectations with confidence.
  • You build trust with clients as a primary point of contact, providing clear guidance, managing escalations, and acting as a strategic partner throughout delivery.
  • You proactively identify and resolve risks, collaborating with teams and leadership to keep projects on track and outcomes intact.
  • You lead cross-functional teams effectively, aligning strategy, design, engineering, and QA to deliver high-quality results while maintaining team momentum.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and driving informed decision-making.
