Modivcare is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of digital products that deliver measurable value to users and the business. The role will own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from discovery to launch and iteration—collaborating across engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams. It demands a balance of technical fluency, business insight, and strong product execution skills.

This role…
  • Leads complex, cross-functional product initiatives across business, operations, technology, and customer experience teams.

  • Manages organizational change efforts and aligns stakeholders around shared product transformation goals.

  • Owns financial aspects of the product, including budgeting, pricing strategy, gross margin, and profitability modeling.

  • Drives cost optimization through platform consolidation, automation, and efficiency improvements.

  • Evaluates third-party vendors, manages contracts, and aligns product investments with ROI.

  • Maintains and grooms a healthy backlog; defines epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Manages Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.

  • Defines and monitors product KPIs; analyzes performance trends and drives continuous improvement.

  • Plans product releases; coordinates with development, QA, and DevOps for seamless delivery.

  • Unifies fragmented digital journeys; identifies friction and closes gaps through research, design, and iterative releases.

  • Co-leads discovery with UX and analytics (problem statements, hypotheses, instrumentation before launch; pre/post readouts).

  • Translates product vision into executable milestones; aligns roadmap with quarterly OKRs.

  • Conducts market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.

  • Identifies and validates customer problems through interviews, journey mapping, and discovery sprints.

  • Creates and manages documentation including PRDs, release notes, and FAQs.

  • Delivers regular product updates and demos to stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • Coaches Product Owners and models outcome-driven practices to build trust in the product model across a PO-heavy organization.

  • Collaborates closely with Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams.

  • Triages and prioritizes bugs and feedback; learns from failed launches and missed KPIs to iterate processes.

  • Occasional business travel may be required.

We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following…
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

  • Six (6) plus years of product management in a digital-first environment.

  • Comfort with APIs, SDKs, platforms, and technical trade-offs; partners effectively with engineering.

  • Demonstrated success leading customer-facing and/or platform product initiatives from concept to launch.

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through product innovation and optimization.

  • Proven record of improving cross-channel UX preferred.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations with cross-functional teams.

  • Healthcare or other regulated, compliance-driven domains (e.g., HIPAA/PHI) preferred.

  • Familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., healthcare), mobile apps, or machine learning is a plus.

  • Advanced backlog management and sprint execution capabilities.

  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Aha, GitLab, or similar product tools.

  • Strong knowledge of QA, UAT, and software release processes.

  • Working knowledge of cloud-native architecture, APIs, and modern software development practices.

  • Ability to partner with engineering on delivery planning, feasibility, and scope control.

  • Experience with DORA metrics and A/B testing methodologies to inform delivery and performance.

  • Competence with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Google Analytics.

  • Deep business acumen including product P&L, unit economics, pricing, and monetization strategies.

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect features to business impact and customer value.

  • Ability to read code and understand technical documentation (e.g., REST APIs, Python, SQL).

  • Familiarity with modern infrastructure: AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.

  • Understanding of system integration, event-driven architecture, and scalable platforms.

  • Strong written and verbal communication; skilled at storytelling and influencing across teams.

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
