In this role, you will:
- Serve as the Product Owner for scrum team(s) within the core banking modernization program.
- Translate high-level product goals into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and lead backlog refinement sessions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and QA partners to ensure development aligns with business and technical expectations.
- Define and maintain a strategic 6-quarter product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Track progress, manage scope, and deliver against the product roadmap effectively.
- Contribute to ongoing documentation and knowledge sharing across the broader product organization.
- 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Proven experience working directly with a scrum team as part of an Agile delivery model
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially across technical and business teams.
- Proficient with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in financial services, or a highly regulated environment.
