Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager position...

Personal Lending - Wells Fargo’s Personal Lending organization is comprised of the company’s new Flex Loan product, its unsecured personal loan product as well as the Wells Fargo Retail Services business. Personal Lending is transforming the way we engage with our customers through innovative digital solutions that enhance our customer experience. 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment

  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy

  • Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

  • Independently resolve complex issues

  • Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment.

  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise.

  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.

  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others.

  • Consult with dependent product partners (including legal, risk, compliance, and control) on digital application capabilities required to meet business growth objectives.

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.

  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.

  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.

  • Experience with Agile Scrum methods and Confluence and JIRA tools suite.

  • Demonstrate ongoing knowledge and experience of financial services and Banking industry including products, systems, processes, and data.

  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to engage and influence senior technology and business leaders.

  • Prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Financial Services or Fintech industry

  • 4+ year of Agile methodology experience 

  • Experience creating user stories

  • Technical Product background

  • 4+ years of experience in with Jira, Tableau, and Confluence

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • 3+ years of experience with problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives

  • 3+ years of experience managing tradeoffs and executing day to day backlog prioritization and refinement; defining release plans aligned to the product strategy and roadmap

  • Experience transitioning teams to agile product and portfolio management

  • 3 + years of analytics experience

  • 4+ years of experience working in an Agile environment, managing tradeoffs, and executing day to day backlog prioritization and refinement; defining release plans aligned to the product strategy and roadmap

  • 3+ years of experience leading the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives enterprise-wide while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance

  • Previous experience enabling new features for merchant experience

  • 3 + years with analytics reasoning experience

  • Prior successful work leading scrum teams in a matrixed environment

  • Ability to translate and present complex technical data across technical and non-technical group

Job Expectations:
