Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
US, Remote
Position Summary
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is an integral part of the Marketing Team, where they will drive digital marketing initiatives, programs, and projects. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is ultimately responsible for supporting VGV as the industry leader in Flutter and beyond by building and maintaining a robust digital marketing program.
The ideal candidate is a digital marketing specialist with ample experience in managing digital marketing processes and initiatives. This role is a key internal specialist and creator who effectively supports various stakeholders, both internally and client-facing, to create clear, concise, and effective digital processes.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Management:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising (including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads), SEO/SEM, and the VGV website.
- Manage platform and campaign performance, reporting, metrics, and analytics.
- Oversee VGV social channels and ensure brand consistency across messaging and campaigns.
- Manage website backend (Webflow) and updates, including content updates, landing page creation, forms, and assets.
Marketing Operations Support:
- Assess and manage digital marketing and MarTech tools, including Clay, Apollo, Zapier, HotJar, and HubSpot.
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager to identify, test, integrate, assess, and manage the MarTech and RevOps stack.
Campaign Management:
- Assist with and oversee the execution and technical aspects of marketing channels ensuring seamless implementation across various channels by managing campaign set-up, trafficking, monitoring.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Manage lead lists and reporting.
Digital Content Strategy:
- Partner with content marketing, events, and the sales team to create and support ABM and brand campaigns across email, social media, podcasts, the VGV website, and more.
- Work closely with content marketing to provide targeted SEO strategies for content and collateral, including content calendar strategy.
- Document processes, workflows, and standard operation procedures (SOPs) for usage and relevant onboarding.
- Assist the sales team with lead lists and reporting.
- Vendor Support: Support the vetting and management of digital and operations vendors and contractors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years experience in digital marketing and marketing operations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear and concise messaging across internal and external teams.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to support and own key parts of the digital and operations strategies, collaborate with team and company leadership, and manage strategic initiatives.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate, partner, and influence across marketing verticals, company departments, and third-party agencies and vendors.
Accountable for:
- Delivery of digital marketing content, campaigns, processes, launches, integrations, and performance reporting.
- Supporting and overseeing digital marketing strategies, the martech stack and platforms, and the digital vertical.
- Assisting with digital and operations vendor, contractor, client, and partner management.

The initial annual base salary for this position is expected to range from $110k-$120k. We benchmark every role based on location and against comparable companies to ensure competitiveness; however, actual compensation is highly dependent on numerous factors such as location, experience, knowledge and skills, qualifications and other job-related factors.
