The role

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving Nebius’ global growth through high-impact digital strategy and execution. Operating at the intersection of data, creativity, and technology, this role owns the development and optimization of Nebius’ digital ecosystem — spanning paid media, web, SEO, and marketing automation — to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.

This role will:

· Operates with high autonomy, translating GTM and business objectives into measurable marketing programs.

· Demonstrates strategic ownership of global digital initiatives, shaping both executional tactics and longer-term frameworks.

· Acts as a cross-functional integrator, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Sales Ops, and RevOps to align digital outcomes with commercial priorities.

This role combines strategic planning with operational excellence — ideal for a senior digital marketer experienced in scaling performance across multiple regions and audiences in a fast-growth, AI-driven environment.

Your responsibilities will include: 

Strategic Ownership & Leadership

  • Define and execute the global digital marketing roadmap supporting Nebius’ growth strategy across EMEA and North America.
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic platforms.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to align campaigns with brand narrative, messaging, and product priorities.
  • Introduce frameworks for experimentation, funnel optimization, and digital performance governance.

Execution & Channel Optimization

  • Oversee all paid and organic digital channels — including Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and SEO — ensuring consistent brand expression and ROI.
  • Own website performance metrics (traffic, conversion, engagement), collaborating with web, design, and content teams on enhancements.
  • Build and refine nurture, retargeting, and automation workflows using HubSpot and Salesforce integrations.
  • Manage agencies and external vendors, holding them accountable to KPIs and Nebius quality standards.

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Establish and own digital performance KPIs: CAC, CPL, CTR, MQL→SQL conversion, and ROI.
  • Partner with RevOps and Finance to deliver regular reporting, forecasting, and attribution analysis.
  • Use analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Tableau) to identify insights, optimize spend, and guide executive-level recommendations.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Field Marketing to extend campaign reach through digital amplification.
  • Align with Sales Ops to ensure qualified lead flow and closed-loop feedback on campaign effectiveness.
  • Mentor junior marketing team members and contribute to the evolution of Nebius’ digital marketing playbook
