About the Role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to lead infrastructure and deployment initiatives. This is a hands-on, senior technical position where you’ll shape the strategy for automation, scalability, and security. You’ll design and optimize cloud architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions, ensuring that engineering teams deliver secure, reliable, and resilient applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automate provisioning, scaling, and configuration management.

  • Reduce manual work with scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).

Observability & Reliability

  • Implement centralized monitoring and alerting (Azure Monitor, Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana).

  • Define and monitor SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs for reliability.

  • Lead incident response and postmortems.

Security & Compliance

  • Apply cloud security best practices (IAM, secrets, network security, vulnerability scanning).

  • Partner with compliance teams on SOC2 requirements.

  • Integrate “shift-left” security into infrastructure and pipelines.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with development, QA, and product teams.

  • Mentor junior DevOps engineers and foster knowledge-sharing.

  • Evaluate emerging tools and practices for continuous improvement.

What You Need to Succeed
  • 5+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering.

  • Expert knowledge of Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions, Azure DevOps).

  • Strong experience with GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, IAM, networking).

  • Proficiency in IaC (Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi).

  • Solid containerization/orchestration skills (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).

  • CI/CD expertise (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure Pipelines).

  • Excellent scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).

  • Strong understanding of networking, DNS, load balancers, and cloud security.

What We Offer
  • Long-term projects with innovative clients.

  • 100% remote work.
