You’ll design and own CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code that enable faster, safer delivery at scale, while applying strong system administration and security practices to keep environments reliable and secure.
You’ll take on complex challenges across both modern cloud-native systems and the established environments our business depends on—stabilizing and improving them while guiding their migration to automated, scalable solutions. From troubleshooting a tricky network issue to architecting new delivery pipelines, enhancing observability, or mentoring a teammate, this is a senior, hands-on role where problem-solving and technical leadership go hand in hand.

- Configure and manage network services (DNS, VPNs, firewalls, load balancers) to ensure reliable connectivity
- Enhance observability and monitoring across infrastructure and applications, proactively detecting and troubleshooting issues to ensure reliability and performance
- Design, own, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, ensuring faster, safer, and more reliable delivery across multiple teams
- Implement infrastructure-as-code and automation (Terraform, deployment tools, scripting) to accelerate our move toward a fully automated environment
- Tackle complex legacy systems with a focus on stabilizing, securing, and improving them while planning their migration to modern, cloud-native solutions
- Contribute to backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership, helping raise standards across the team
- Evaluate emerging infrastructure, DevOps, and security trends and recommend adoption where they add value
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide timely response and resolution for production issues, ensuring system availability and reliability
This is not a comprehensive list of possible responsibilities, tasks and duties. There are a variety of other duties that will need to be completed on an as needed basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
