The Role

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to build and lead our infrastructure platform that serves our LLM-powered coaching product for Fortune 500 enterprises. In this pivotal role, you will own our entire infrastructure landscape, supporting three distinct teams: two application teams and our AI team. You'll be the driving force behind our security infrastructure, deployment strategies, and cloud architecture.

What You'll Do
  • Own and architect our entire AWS infrastructure, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

  • Design and implement scalable infrastructure platforms that enable seamless deployments across multiple teams

  • Lead security infrastructure initiatives, including implementing SIEM, EDR, automated scanning tools, and backup systems

  • Manage and optimize infrastructure costs while ensuring high availability and performance

  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible, with opportunity to improve existing implementations

  • Create and optimize autoscaling solutions for various workloads, including webinar demands and ML/data processing pipelines

  • Establish network architecture and security protocols, including firewall configurations and routing

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple application teams

  • Collaborate with AI team to design and implement infrastructure for data processing and ML pipelines

  • Take proactive ownership in identifying infrastructure improvements and implementing solutions

What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of DevOps experience, preferably in scaling B2B SaaS companies

  • Proven experience building and maintaining infrastructure platforms that support multiple development teams

  • Strong expertise in AWS services and infrastructure management

  • Advanced knowledge of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code

  • Experience with Ansible is a plus

  • Proficiency in network management, including firewalls, routing, and security protocols

  • Strong coding abilities in Python, Shell/Bash scripting, with other coding experience a plus (Go, PHP, Ruby)

  • Experience with enterprise security processes and procurement, ideally running elements or all of the infosec function serving F500 enterprises

  • Background in implementing and managing security infrastructure (SIEM, EDR, XDR)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive ownership mindset

  • Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and handle diverse infrastructure needs

Location and Work Environment

We’re looking for a candidate that can fully support our team in ET time zone (e.g. Toronto, NYC). While we’re open to candidates from other areas, they need to be generally available during Eastern Time working hours. have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US.
