Salary range:

Poland & EU: PLN 16,800 - 28,200 (B2B contract) + 20 paid days off

Poland: PLN 14,000 - 23,500 (Contract of Employment).

Your responsibilities:

  • Architect and operate Kubernetes-based deployments across AWS and Azure.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated build processes and scripts.
  • Develop and manage containerization workflows using Docker, including multi-stage builds, optimized images, and security best practices.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Create and maintain infrastructure-as-code.
  • Automate deployments, environment provisioning, configuration management, and release processes.
  • Ensure observability, logging, monitoring, and alerting are implemented and continuously improved.
  • Enhance system reliability, scalability, and security across all environments.
  • Maintain cloud-native environments and ensure best practices for cost management, performance, and resilience.
  • Support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for deployment- and environment-related issues.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams regarding DevOps practices, deployment patterns, and cloud-native architecture.

RequirementsWe want you on board if you have:
  • C1 level of English and Polish.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
    • Total of 10 years professional experience in software engineering or system operations roles.
  • Strong expertise with Docker, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud-native deployment models.
  • Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and configuration templating.
  • Deep understanding of GitOps principles and experience implementing GitOps workflows.
  • Solid experience automating builds and deployments.
  • Strong understanding of networking, security best practices, secrets management, and cloud security posture management.
  • Experience implementing monitoring/observability solutions.
  • Proficiency with scripting languages for automation tasks.
  • Strong understanding of version control concepts, branching strategies, and release management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in complex, multi-service distributed systems.
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication skills and a structured, analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High degree of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience working in e-commerce, high-traffic systems, and/or microservices architectures.
  • Familiarity with OpenAI services.
  • Familiarity with HashiCorp tools beyond Terraform (e.g., Vault, Consul).
  • Experience working with hybrid multi-cloud environments.
  • Exposure to or interest in AI/ML products, including OpenAI-based tools or workflows.
  • Background in performance tuning, cost optimization, and scaling of containerized applications.
