We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Developer Relations Manager to join our team, with a focus on engaging the capital markets ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will work directly with quants, traders, developers, and IT professionals across financial institutions, ISVs, and CSPs to champion the adoption of NVIDIA’s advanced AI and accelerated computing platforms. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in capital markets workflows with a passion for developer advocacy. They communicate effectively how NVIDIA technology solves complex financial problems.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and maintain strong technical proficiency in capital markets workflows, including quantitative research, trading systems, risk analytics, and market data pipelines. Serve as a trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the capital markets developer ecosystem, working cross-functionally to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.

  • Accelerate critical financial workloads by demonstrating and integrating the NVIDIA software stack (CUDA, CUDA-X, AI frameworks, SDKs, and reference architectures) into partner platforms, trading systems, and analytics pipelines.

  • Guide partners through onboarding and integration by offering technical resources. These include sample code, benchmarks, and reference implementations. This accelerates adoption and fosters collaboration on next-generation financial solutions powered by advanced technology.

  • Identify growth opportunities by mapping and monitoring the developer community within capital markets. Work with engineering, product management, and marketing to inform roadmaps and improve partner adoption strategies.

  • Engage technical leaders (quants, developers, financial engineers, and architects) to drive best-practice implementations and resolve technical challenges, using regular interactions to track adoption, surface new workflows, and channel critical insights back to NVIDIA product teams.

  • Build and nurture relationships across financial institutions, ISVs, and partners to grow a vibrant technology-focused community dedicated to capital markets.

  • Act as the voice of the developer by gathering ecosystem feedback and influencing NVIDIA’s product roadmap to better serve capital markets use cases.

  • Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, webinars, and technical workshops to showcase NVIDIA solutions and engage the capital markets community.

What We Need to See

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience); MBA is a plus.

  • 12+ years of overall professional experience in the technology or financial industry, including software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, or solutions architecture, with at least 8+ years of direct hands-on experience in capital markets, quantitative finance, or financial software development.

  • Proven experience partnering with and scaling developer ecosystems across financial institutions, ISVs, or cloud providers.

  • Significant technical depth in capital markets software, including high-performance computing, quantitative modeling, AI/ML, and real-time data processing systems.

  • Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, benchmarking, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivering technical presentations or workshops.

  • Proven ability to structure and execute complex technical engagements, prioritize competing requirements, and collaborate across cross-functional teams (sales, legal, product, and marketing).

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for audiences ranging from developers to executive stakeholders.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Hands-on experience building or optimizing quantitative finance or trading systems (e.g., pricing models, risk engines, low-latency systems, or data pipelines).

  • Familiarity with GPU acceleration and NVIDIA platforms (e.g., CUDA-X libraries, and/or AI frameworks) applied to financial use cases.

  • Experience designing benchmarks and performance optimization strategies for high-performance computing or AI workloads in finance.

  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling developer communities within capital markets or fintech ecosystems.

  • Expertise in capturing developer sentiment and market trends within capital markets and translating them into actionable insights for product and industry strategy.
