Instrument partners with the world’s most ambitious companies to create transformational change through best-in-class brand experiences and communications. From day one, we’ve been committed to making this a place where people can create the best work of their careers — sustainably.
Designers at Instrument work in tight-knit, focused teams alongside strategists, writers, producers, and developers. Collaboration here is more than a buzzword; it’s a core principle that drives everything we do. Together, we craft work that is strategically sound, visually stunning, and deeply resonant.
We’re looking for a designer who thrives at the intersection of brand and marketing. You’re passionate about storytelling, bringing clarity to complex ideas, and shaping design solutions that connect emotionally and strategically with audiences. You’re a proactive problem-solver who uses any medium necessary to communicate ideas, iterating your way to the best solutions without attachment to any single approach. You maintain a sharp focus on the goals of the project, ensuring that every design decision ladders up to the overall vision and purpose.
Collaboration is where you shine — you work seamlessly with strategists, writers, technologists, producers, and clients, contributing as a key voice on project teams to uphold the quality, integrity, and impact of the design work.
