Who we are

Founded in Scottsdale, Arizona, equipifi is a fast growing, early-stage SaaS fintech building the credit infrastructure for modern banking. We make Buy Now, Pay Later a native banking product by powering financial institutions with flexible financing solutions embedded within their digital banking experience. Learn more at equipifi.com

Our team is built on experience, talent, and - most importantly, attitude. We thrive in a fast-paced environment and value infinite curiosity, a people-first mindset, and a shared commitment to learning, growth, and pride in the work we do. At equipifi, we practice radical transparency, encouraging team members to move quickly, share ideas openly, and collaborate with peers who will respectfully challenge one another as we learn, build, and grow together. Success in this role comes from the ability to adapt fast, question the status quo, explore new ideas, and ask thoughtful (sometimes uncomfortable) questions— - all while maintaining momentum in service of better customer outcomes. The work we do takes a village - and in an environment that moves fast, we embrace the adventure together.

Where you’ll make an impact

As our Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will take full ownership of the strategy and execution that fuels our revenue growth. We’ve built a strong foundation with a high-performing content engine and a deep partnership ecosystem - now, we need you to architect the systems that turn those assets into a consistent, scalable pipeline. You will lead our account-based marketing (ABM) motions for 200+ high-priority prospects, manage the digital strategy across social and webinars, and mentor our future marketing talent to ensure a cohesive global strategy. This is a high-autonomy role where you’ll be expected to build the playbook, manage the budget, and provide the C-suite with the ROI clarity needed to scale.

Outcomes You’ll Own

  • Full-Funnel Pipeline Architecture You’ll own the engine that converts our content and partnership assets into a high-performing revenue stream. This means designing and executing a multi-channel digital strategy - from paid social to high-impact webinars - that doesn't just generate "noise," but builds a qualified, scalable pipeline.
  • Strategic ABM & Partnership Orchestration We have over 200 high-value prospects in the wings. You’ll strategize with Sales and Partnerships to build bespoke ABM nurture tracks that accelerate deal flow and maximize engagement. When a target account feels out of reach, you’re the one finding the marketing lever to bring them to the table.
  • Revenue Intelligence & ROI Reporting Using HubSpot as your home base, you will build the reporting infrastructure to track channel performance, CAC, and ROI. You’ll be expected to provide the C-suite with clear revenue projections and the "why" behind the numbers, ensuring we hit our quarterly targets with a healthy buffer.

What you bring to equipifi

  • A Proven Demand Gen Playbook: You have a track record of hitting quarterly pipeline goals in a B2B SaaS environment and a clear vision for what a high-performing growth engine looks like.
  • Full-Ownership Mentality: You’re at your best when you’re driving the strategy, managing the budget, and reporting ROI directly to leaders.
  • ABM Strategy & Orchestration: You’ve successfully led high-touch Account Based Marketing motions, collaborating closely with Sales and Partnerships to turn prospects into won accounts.
  • HubSpot Power User: HubSpot could practically be your middle name (okay, hopefully not), but you’ve used it extensively for automation and reporting (Salesforce experience is a plus, but you live and breathe the HubSpot ecosystem).
  • Digital & Content Distribution Savvy: You have a knack for maximizing the reach of an existing content engine through sophisticated paid and earned social strategies and high-impact webinars.
  • Ecosystem & Vendor Management: You’re experienced in managing multiple partners and external contractors to ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with our broader goals.

Your future team

This role reports directly to our wicked-smart, sushi-obsessed SVP Marketing, Jazzy Zhu, and will work closely with their fellow marketing team and our broader sales/partnerships functions. You'll have one direct report - our wildly talented Marketing Manager, Chloe Cappuccino.

equipifi benefits

Almost ready to apply?

We know that great candidates don’t always check every box on paper. If this role gets you excited and you feel you’d bring insight, creativity, and passion to what we are building, we strongly encourage you to apply.

Our qualifications are meant to set everyone up for success, but let’s face it - startups aren’t in the business of mundane box checking. We’re committed to building a team with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and ways of thinking, because that’s how we tackle big challenges and grow together. If you’re ready to push boundaries and contribute your unique perspective, we’d love to hear from you.
