Job DescriptionWhat is a Senior Demand Generation Manager?
As a Senior Demand Generation Manager you will own and scale our demand engine end to end. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel demand programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, building the roadmap, running experiments, partnering closely with sales, and using data to continuously improve performance.
What you’ll do as a Senior Demand Generation Manager?
- Own the demand generation strategy across the full funnel, from awareness to pipeline creation.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid media, lifecycle/email, content syndication, events, and partnerships.
- Drive MQL, SQL, and pipeline targets with a strong focus on quality and conversion, not just volume.
- Collaborate closely with sales to align on ICPs, messaging, lead handoff, and pipeline goals.
- Build and optimize nurture programs tailored by persona, use case, and buying stage.
- Manage campaign measurement, attribution, and reporting to clearly communicate impact on revenue.
- Run continuous experimentation (channels, messaging, offers, targeting) and scale what work
- Own and improve the marketing tech stack.
- Partner with product marketing on positioning, launches, and GTM initiatives.
- Mentor and influence other marketers as the team grows.
What characteristics do the best Senior Demand Generation Managers have?
- The emotional intelligence and communication skills to successfully work with the best and brightest marketing professionals.
- 5 - 8 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Deep experience running multi-channel campaigns with clear performance accountability.
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with funnel metrics, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Experience partnering closely with sales and revenue teams.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM and GTM tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where ownership matters.
- Ability to travel within the United States 1–3 times per year for company on-site events.
- Must have a dedicated home office/workspace to support full-time remote work.
