We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to expand our use of account-based marketing strategies to grow business within a targeted set of accounts by driving engagement, awareness and adoption of NAVEX’s software and services.  You’ll be a key part of our marketing and sales effort to realize the vision of delivering an account-first approach to driving demand and higher lead conversions. 

The ideal candidate will have experience successfully applying solid account-based strategies and tactics to engage customers and prospects to begin and expand their business with us.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the resident expert on the use of ABM to optimize our demand generation efforts, driving account engagement, existing customer growth and new logo business generation

  • Own the strategy, development and execution of ABM campaigns to drive awareness and demand for our services with high purchase intent audiences

  • Create annual marketing plans and KPIs for target accounts that focus on generating business from new logos and existing customers

  • Own the relationship with the Sales team and communication cadence on account-based activity and follow-up to ensure program success

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on campaign concepts, content requirements, buyer’s journey development and digital marketing execution using various channels

  • Coordinate tightly with your Revenue Operations counterpart to ensure alignment across sales and marketing

  • Nurture contacts within prioritized accounts and engage that audience consistently with innovative, unexpected and intentional messaging to drive account opportunities

  • Measure the success of your marketing programs from an account, pipeline and marketing investment perspective

What you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

  • 8+ years’ experience in a B2B enterprise software environment

  • ABM experience required with high familiarity of turning intent signals into marketing tactics

  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, high growth business environment and adapt along with the organization as it matures

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain good judgment and results

  • Because marketing is an art and a science, you love understanding data, patterns and trends

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of decision making, marketing strategy and project management while leveraging NAVEX’s core values

  • Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.

  • The starting pay range for this role is $120,000+ per annum with 5% MBO.

  • Pay progression based on your performance.
