We are seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join our team. This is a remote opportunity for candidates based on the west coast of the United States.
Job Summary
The Senior Deal Operations Analyst is a trusted partner to our North America Go To Market (GTM) sales with a focus on enabling Field Sales to close deals efficiently and effectively. This role will act as a strategic advisor, helping sellers find creative paths to structure deals, accelerate approvals, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. This role owns critical aspects of the deal cycle, including pricing, discounting, co-terming, quote approvals, and contract strategy. By developing playbooks, documentation, and toolkits for deal execution, you will scale best practices and increase seller productivity. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, proactive engagement, and operational excellence, ensuring both business growth and customer value.

This position offers a total compensation range of $111,800 to $142,800.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the deal lifecycle-collaborate cross-functionally to improve deal velocity, enforce pricing discipline, and ensure compliance with accounting and business policies. Approval of quotes and pricing to facilitate order forms and purchase orders and booking of assigned orders.
- Contract and customer research to drive a co-terming contract strategy.
- Assist with complex contract negotiation and provide pricing options, deal construct alternatives and business analysis to help facilitate the deal process.
- Use data to drive go-forward pricing strategies and recommendations based on key variables
- Ensure compliance with customer contracts tied to key business and legal policies
- Develop documentation, playbooks, and toolkits that enable Sales and GTM teams to navigate deal processes with greater efficiency and consistency.
- Drive process improvements in the order to cash cycle and identify opportunities for automation in the quote to cash cycle.
- Enable cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Operations, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the deal process.
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years' experience in Deal Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, legal or finance roles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and a CRM system like Salesforce.com. Knowledge of a deal forecasting tool like Clari is a plus.
- Experience in Software, preferably a mix of cloud and on prem.
- A passion for working with Sales and Renewals organizations
- Skilled in problem-solving, with a focus on unstructured problems involving multiple stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
