About The Role
A data scientist in CRM Marketing Analytics harnesses data to drive business growth by analyzing trends, applying advanced quantitative techniques, and advising on data-driven marketing strategies. This role involves collaborating with marketing teams, optimizing campaign effectiveness, and contributing insights that shape strategic decisions. What you’ll do:

  • Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and engineering to establish measurement best practices across performance media, CRM and organic channels.
  • Design, implement, and readout A/B tests, perform regression modeling, and provide recommendations for http://Realtor.com lead growth and revenue maximization
  • Apply advanced analytics and modeling techniques to predict customer behavior and forecast marketing impact.
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity in our personalization efforts through optimization of marketing strategies and experimentation.
  • Learn from the best and build on a cutting edge tech stack that allows for rapid skill development.
  • Present your findings to the team and leadership with high visibility across the organization.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of related experience in analytics or data science.
  • Robust analytics skills and ability to work with and analyze large volumes of complex data.
  • Be a subject matter expert on measurement and statistical analyses for your stakeholders. Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions using statistical methods.
  • Strong SQL and either intermediate Python or R.
  • Highly collaborative and a team player.
  • Four-year college or university degree in computer science, computer engineering, statistics, mathematics, information management, or a related discipline.
