We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of advanced ML and Generative AI solutions. You will work on complex modeling tasks, drive key AI initiatives, and turn data into meaningful insights that support critical business decisions.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and advanced mathematical/statistical modeling.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks (e.g., GPT, Llama, diffusion models).
- Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Solid experience with model evaluation, experimentation frameworks, and performance reporting.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, cloud tools, and MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex models to non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems (e.g., Spark).
- Background in optimization models, reinforcement learning, or probabilistic modeling.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in a senior or lead role.
