- Collaborate with engineers to instrument event tracking and data flows from our web applications.
- Partner with business and analytics stakeholders to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across systems.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code setups (Terraform, CloudFormation) for data systems.
- Contribute to data governance, observability, and monitoring strategies to maintain high availability and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and influence the technical direction of Addition Wealth’s data strategy.

- Deep experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Redshift, Glue, Step Functions) and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and ETL pipeline development (Airflow, dbt, or similar).
- Proficiency in a modern programming language (Python, TypeScript, or similar).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance in financial or regulated environments is a plus.
- A bias for action — you prefer to launch, learn, and iterate quickly.
