You’ll work as part of our larger IT Data Engineering team and take ownership of the entire data lifecycle—from ingestion pipelines to production-grade AI application deployments.Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable data pipelines and services to support AI/LLM applications.
- Design, develop, and deploy multi-agent Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems in cloud environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Tune and optimize LLM-based tools and workflows for internal productivity and insight generation.
- Ensure robust monitoring, testing, and CI/CD practices are applied across the data and AI stack.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, with a strong foundation in AI/ML pipelines.
- Proven success in building and deploying LLM-powered solutions in production environments.
- Experience designing and developing agentic and RAG architectures in the cloud.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Vertex AI, Gemini, and BigQuery is a strong plus.
- Skilled in managing AI model lifecycle, from experimentation to monitoring in production.
- Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines and automated monitoring for data/ML systems.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
