We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support our corporate Finance Team. This role will work a hybrid schedule out of our Plymouth, MN, Detroit Lakes, MN, Vacaville, CA, Birmingham, AL, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL location.

The job:

As our Senior Data Analyst, your primary role will be to strengthen our analytics and reporting capabilities across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, defining and tracking key business metrics, and delivering timely, high-quality ad hoc analysis to internal stakeholders. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other functional teams to translate business questions into data-driven insights. You will be expected to possess advanced Power BI expertise – including DAX, data modeling, and end-to-end troubleshooting – along with strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities through structured intake and tracking.

The skills, education, and experience you need:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Proven expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL and Python to build, analyze, and support business reporting
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues from the front-end dashboard through the underlying queries, models, and source systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction

Other experience that would be nice are:

• Microsoft Fabric or similar analytics platforms
• ERP systems, especially IFS
• Manufacturing or industrial environment

A 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred along with 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.

• What is the starting wage?  The starting salary for this position is $110,000 - $130,000/year.
