We're searching for a Sr. Data Analyst to join our team at Realtor.com®. This is a high-impact position focused on providing the strategic and analytical support needed to understand and optimize the performance of our *Real Pro Select product line*. As this premium product grows its share of allocation from ∼13% to a more significant portion of all For-Sale leads, you will be crucial in ensuring its success. This includes providing strategic analysis & way to drive product optimization, Performance Measurement & ROI validation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a Strategic Thought Partner for product, revenue, and engineering stakeholders, providing the necessary insights to help teams achieve the overarching objective of making Real Pro Select the pillar of our company strategy.
  • Continue to create new ways to optimize the rationalization and interplay of lead flow between our premium and core products, including establishing up-front lead expectations and subsequent allocation recommendations.
  • Think creatively about new ways to package our premium product and optimize current approaches based on performance and market data.
  • Provide a clear analytical lens into whether the lead quality being delivered to Real Pro Select is in line with the assumptions baked into the product's pricing model, and proactively recommend actionable interventions if discrepancies are identified.
  • Implement robust frameworks to rigorously monitor and measure whether Real Pro Select is meeting customer ROI expectations (Return on Investment).
  • Track product performance against internal forecasts, analyzing lead quality, conversion rates, and churn to create structured reports that monitor product health.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales funnel metrics, and customer retention data to surface product strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop customer-focused views providing critical support and reports for understanding churn and renewal drivers.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience or equivalent work experience
  • Strong business acumen required
  • Strong technical skills able to join large amounts of data set to surface key insights/ Able to isolate and control for anomalies
  • Able to drive alignment from cross-functional stakeholders on what are the key priorities to the business
  • Being adept at story-telling with data - taking the intricacies of the product workings and distilling it into a story-line that executive and senior leaders can easily understand
  • Ability to work with both complex business problems and ambiguous concepts
  • Key strategic relationships with influential business partners who value your input and critical thinking skills.
