ABOUT THE JOB

This role leads the optimization and post-go-live integration of RADAR’s platform across pilot and fleet deployments. You will act as the main liaison between RADAR’s engineering organization and retail customers, ensuring ongoing success and scale of the solution. You will collaborate cross-functionally to surface performance issues, quantify performance, and implement improvements to maximize value for the customer.

ABOUT YOU

Required:

  • You are proficient in performing SQL queries, working with big data and creating simple Python scripts to perform data analysis.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer analytics.
  • You have demonstrated success working cross-functionally across engineering and customer teams.
  • You have strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred:

  • You have a background in retail, including one or more of the following: Inventory Management, retail technology deployment, Solutions Associate, or IT Systems/Information Management.
  • You have a Lean or Six Sigma training.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer/Data science or related field.

At RADAR, your pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role is an exempt position with a salary range of $79,000-$144,000. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors,  including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. You will also be eligible to receive other benefits including: equity, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, life and disability benefits, 401k plan,  flexible time off, and paid parental leave. The pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.

In your first 30 days, you will:

  • Complete onboarding with Customer Solutions, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Review RADAR’s solution architecture and integrations with fleet and pilot customers.
  • Analyze current QA and monitoring to identify key improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to document known pain points.
  • Shadow current engagements to understand the flow of feedback, escalation and remediation

In your first 60 days, you will:

  • Design and validate QA scenarios for field testing during and after deployment of new features and customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering and Customer Experience to support field testing.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product to triage known and new performance issues.
  • Contribute to cross-functional workshops focused on customer success.

In your first 90 days, you will:

  • Drive iteration on solution components based on system performance and customer feedback.
  • Create baseline dashboards to visualize key health and performance metrics.
  • Formalize a playbook for system issue detection and remediation.
  • Begin mentoring newer team members on performance troubleshooting and analysis.
