The Information Technology (IT) organization is the technological foundation of our business and works in collaboration with our partners from across the company. The team drives technology and digital transformation and partners with business leaders to design and execute new strategies across the company. They also ensure the necessary IT risk management and security measures are in place and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and principles.

About The Role

The Senior Cyber Data Solutions Engineer will support and develop technical solution while ensuring continuity of operations and cyber security monitoring remains effective and can be leveraged to produce rapid response results; Conducts vulnerability analysis, identifies weaknesses, analyzes logs, evaluates risks and controls and develops methods and solutions to aggregate cyber data into meaningful and actionable metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies and resolves the most complex problems/issues/ assignments and identify barriers hindering operations
  • Leverages expert problem-solving skills and techniques
  • Responsible for creatively resolving unclear situations utilizing the highest level of expertise in specialized field
  • Applies expert analysis techniques in area of specialization to make decision
  • Decision-making authority may extend beyond both area of specialization and unit/team
  • Sets priorities and/or sequence of task to achieve objectives with little to no oversight
  • Provides expertise in planning, developing, and executing critical strategic cyber initiatives
  • Acts as subject-matter expert in department leadership role (often liaisons w/ executive leadership to drive business outcomes)

Skills and Qualifications

  • Expertise in Cloud technologies like AWS, Cloud Architectures, and/or Cloud Security a plus
  • Expertise in Data Architecture, Data Security and Governance
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or proven record of experience in technology roles with required years of experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience + 4 years of leadership experience
  • 5 + years of experience with Vulnerability management
  • 5+ years of experience developing Metrics for Risk/Security and reporting
  • 5+ years of experience with Data Quality
  • 5+ years of experience with Data Strategy and requirement gathering

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $145,000-$165,000 at the commencement of employment.  Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.

In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
