The Opportunity 

The Senior Cross-Solution Strategist serves as a trusted advisor and solution expert within the Ultimate Success Team, Field Engineering. This role brings to bear Adobe’s Content Supply Chain capabilities across AEM Assets, AEM Sites, Workfront and related workflows to provide strategic mentorship that accelerates enterprise content maturity and operational efficiency.

We align customer business objectives with technical innovation through secure, scalable strategies grounded in industry-leading digital transformation frameworks. 

You will work in a team that is made up of Strategist and Architects, each  with content supply chain strategy, connecting Adobe capabilities to measurable outcomes such as content velocity, reuse, governance and publishing bringing deep expertise in solutions such as AEM Assets, AEM Sites and Workfront, forming a team that supports cross-solution Content Supply Chain strategy of the Dynamic (solution-specific) Field Engineering portfolio in EMEA. 

What you will do 

A CS Strategist is a key part of the Team, understanding the customers current state content operations, including asset lifecycle, metadata governance, workflows, approval processes and publishing practices.  We advise customers on Content Supply Chain use cases that connect AEM Assets, Sites, Workfront and governance models to measurable business objectives 

How you should do this?

Apply a Customer-Centric Thinking 

  • Translate business goals into innovative, scalable solution strategies that improve customer value. 
  • Independently deliver foundational cross-solution strategies. 
  • Provide mentorship on metadata standards, governance models, approval flows, DAM structure and authoring practices 
  • Ensure all solution approaches align with customer needs and objectives. 

Show Customer Leadership 

  • Lead workshops, build sessions, and planning meetings, clearly articulating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Function as a credible resource in dynamic, customer-focused interactions, building credibility across all levels, including executive collaborators. 
  • Navigate cross-solution projects, build compelling narratives, and ensure measurable results and value realization. 

Create Strategic Influence 

  • Develop and guide solution approaches that link Adobe technologies with customer business goals and Ultimate Success vision. 
  • Build and communicate outcome-based roadmaps aligned with customer benchmarks. 
  • Influence multi-functional teams to prioritize strategic value and drive enterprise-wide initiatives. 

Ensure Governance & Compliance 

  • Ensure strategies align with enterprise standards for content governance, taxonomy, metadata, rights management, brand consistency, regulatory content handling and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and Adobe frameworks. 
  • Manage risk and scalability considerations, defining and enforcing guidelines. 

Cloud Architecture First 

  • Apply knowledge of cloud-native development, scalability, and integrations across Adobe and third-party platforms. 
  • Find opportunities for differentiation and transformation using SaaS models and new technologies. 
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to deliver North Star Architecture to customers. 

Show Technical Understanding 

  • Show a wide knowledge of Adobe’s multi-cloud environment and integration patterns.

  • Proven ability to manage complex engagements and influence collaborators at all levels. 
  • Dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 
  • 10–15 years of experience in solution strategy, enterprise consulting, or digital transformation, with a focus on multi-cloud and multi-functional projects. 
  • Expertise in planning, program management, or enterprise software delivery. 
  • Certifications such as CSCA, PMP, Prosci Change Management, or ScrumMaster are advantageous. 
  • Adobe Certified Professional or Expert in  Content Management solutions. 
  • Experience with agile methods and Design Thinking preferable 

This role is available in the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, the Nordics, Italy, Switzerland, Middle Easteither in-office or remote.
