What You’ll Do:
The Supply Chain and Capacity Operations team runs a resilient, scalable global supply chain and capacity engine for CoreWeave’s digital infrastructure. As Senior Counsel, Global Supply Chain, you will help this team secure and deploy critical GPU, server, storage, networking, and logistics capacity worldwide by providing commercial and regulatory support that balances speed, cost, and risk.
About the role:
Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Global Supply Chain, you will be a senior individual contributor on the Legal & Government Affairs (LGA) team, embedded with the Supply Chain and Capacity Operations organization. You will:
- Support datacenter supply chain, including by structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex agreements with suppliers for the procurement of GPU and compute hardware, integrated server systems, network equipment, datacenter infrastructure and power equipment, storage solutions, and logistics services.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across finance, tax, compliance, energy, real estate on deal structuring.
- Provide day-to-day, business-focused counseling, including on supply chain continuity, risk allocation, supplier risk assessments, supplier performance and remediation matters, product quality, service, and remedies aligned with CoreWeave’s deployment and financing models.
- Partner with regulatory, ESG, government affairs, compliance, and others on responsible sourcing and compliance topics and ensure contract terms reflect those obligations.
- Support international expansion by adapting supply and logistics documentation for new jurisdictions and coordinating with local counsel on local-law and market-norm issues.
- Manage outside counsel on specialized matters and convert advice into clear, usable guidance for business stakeholders.
- Develop,maintain and scale templates, playbooks, and fallbacks that drive consistent, efficient negotiations and scalable self-service for sourcing and logistics teams. Contribute to training and enablement so business teams can handle common scenarios with less friction.
Who You Are:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (or international equivalent).
- 8+ years of legal experience, including significant time focused on complex commercial transactions at a law firm or in-house legal team.
- Strong business acumen and meaningful experience drafting and negotiating technology infrastructure, hardware, or supply-chain agreements.
- Knowledge of international trade, hardware regulatory requirements, and other compliance issues and structures pertaining to global supply chains.
- Proven record of pragmatic, solutions-oriented counseling for senior business leaders in a demanding, high-growth, fast-paced environment, with sound judgment on balancing risk with agility to deliver outcomes with aggressive timelines.
Preferred:
- In-house experience supporting cloud, data center, semiconductor, hardware, or similar large-scale infrastructure businesses.
- Exposure to global logistics and trade controls, sanctions, and hardware environmental compliance.
- Experience building or operating contracting playbooks, templates, and processes for sourcing or procurement organizations.
- Background supporting federal or public-sector supply chain requirements.

The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
