About this team

The Accounting Team at Super.com is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of the General Ledger, reporting applications, and related data warehouse tables while providing accurate and timely financial reports and analyses. The team consists of experienced professionals who support Super.com’s short and long-term objectives through their accounting expertise.

About this role

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Corporate Accountant to join our team and play a key role in our financial reporting processes. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Accounting Manager to support accurate and timely financial reporting across the organization. You’ll bring a strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and data analytics, along with advanced Excel skills. This is a hands-on role that involves contributing to full cycle accounting, critical accounting projects, and  supporting interim and year-end audits. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in deadline driven environments—especially during fast-paced month-end closes and who is motivated by both structured processes and opportunities to improve or re-imagine existing workflows. If you're the kind of professional who primarily enjoys rolling up your sleeves to get things done and also stepping back to look at the big picture, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial close processes in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Use Excel and data analysis tools to deliver meaningful insights into financial results
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to gather necessary financial data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for external audits and provide necessary support during audit processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance and accounting functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at streamlining financial processes and systems.

Preferred Experience

  • 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong focus on financial reporting and a solid understanding of US GAAP.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record in process improvement and working with large data sets using advanced Excel functions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail—you consistently deliver accurate, well-reasoned work that can be trusted.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, able to operate with minimal oversight and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively within a growing and evolving team.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with ERP systems—NetSuite experience is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Looker and Redash, and a working knowledge of SQL.
  • CPA designation (or in active progress toward completion) is preferred.
