About us:
Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.
Grow Therapy is looking for a Senior Copywriter to create empathetic, customer-centric storytelling to every touchpoint. This role will be both hands-on writing, and higher-level creative ideation. In partnership with the Senior Creative Director, you will shape how we speak to our customers across web, email, paid social, campaigns and more. This role will collaborate closely with designers, as well as cross-functional partners in the Growth team. Whether it’s a new product launch, seasonal campaign, or evergreen content, you’ll ensure our voice is consistent, fresh, and culturally relevant across all platforms. This is a role for a creative thinker and a craftsperson—someone who leads by doing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves building and refining brand voice.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and evolve the brand voice across channels, maintaining consistency while pushing boundaries and staying culturally relevant
- Develop and write performance-driven copy for integrated campaigns, web, social media, email, video scripts, digital content, and more
- Translate marketing and brand strategy into clear, compelling creative concepts and narratives
- Partner with designers to bring ideas to life in visually cohesive, copy-driven ways
- Collaborate cross-functionally with team members on Growth, Product and more to align our messaging and strategy to hit our business goals.
- Stay on top of cultural and digital trends to inform messaging and ensure the brand stays relevant and resonant
- Juggle multiple projects with clarity and creativity while meeting tight deadlines
The salary range for this position is $107,681.00 - $140,760.00 USD.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
- 6+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in brand, agency, or editorial environments
- A portfolio that shows exceptional growth-centric writing, conceptual thinking, and voice development across platforms
- Proven expertise in brand storytelling and the ability to flex tone while staying authentic
- Experience evolving or maintaining a brand voice and applying it consistently across campaigns and formats
- Strong creative partnership with designers and art directors
- Deep understanding of writing for digital, social, and e-commerce channels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident, collaborative approach
- Detail-oriented mindset with high standards for both big ideas and tiny punctuation marks
- A passion for brand building, storytelling, and creating work that resonates with real people
