Role Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic TEMPORARY Senior Copywriter who has a deep passion for people and how they activate on the internet. We are looking for a candidate with expertise in the creation of engaging consumer content across the car buying journey. You bring a passion for wordsmithing and an ability to articulate and communicate. You'll be responsible for a full spectrum of copywriting needs, from UX copy (button text, labels, error messages) and marketing copy (reasons to believe in the brand). You have a strong point of view on your craft, are well-versed in website and mobile app copywriting, and can confidently communicate to both internal and client stakeholders. In addition to writing, editing, and incorporating client feedback, you'll ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines.

Key Accountabilities:

In this role you will:

  • Provide copywriting, both short- and long-form, that spans tactical UX copy to engaging long-form content, delivered in well-organized and comprehensive copy decks.
  • Self-edit and review all copy deliverables, paying careful attention to copy rules, grammar, formatting consistency, and alignment with the go-to-market strategy.
  • Reference content strategy briefs, wireframes and ensure delivery on the overall page narrative.
  • Build on the existing copywriting guide, methodically expanding and refining its rules.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills, meticulous spelling and punctuation, and a fastidious attention to detail.
  • Receive constructive feedback on in-progress copy from internal creative leadership and collaborate with UX team to the page narrative aligns with copywriting rules.
  • Be in Figma and copy decks daily.

Person Specification:

  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Detail-oriented. We need buttoned-up creatives that believe in total accountability.
  • Deep knowledge of internet culture.
  • Skilled in marketing brand and UX copywriting
  • Expertise in the consumer car buy journey – guiding users from research through purchase
  • Adept at translating complex vehicle details into user-friendly, brand aligned messaging to build consumer trust and drive action across web and mobile platforms.

Additional Information:

The hourly pay range for this position is $33.08 - $54.11. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
