The Senior Content Marketing Manager will own RegScale's brand voice and content strategy, drive SEO, manage the editorial calendar, and leverage AI for content production to support demand generation and pipeline outcomes.
The summary above was generated by AI

RegScale is a purpose-built cyber GRC platform designed to enable the CISOs to track and monitor security controls. Our customers break out of the slow and expensive realities that plague legacy GRC tools by bridging security, risk, and compliance through controls lifecycle management. They achieve 90% faster certification times and 60% less audit prep time. Today's expansive security and compliance requirements can only be met with a modern, CCM-based approach, and RegScale is the market leader in that space.

Position:

RegScale is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own RegScale's brand voice and external content engine: everything the market reads, watches, and engages with that drives awareness and generates demand.

The Senior Content Marketing Manager is strategic and execution-oriented, who can own themes, build programs, and run a full editorial calendar. You'll own the narrative that defines the CCM category, build content that moves buyers through the funnel, and use AI to scale output without sacrificing quality or depth. If you are a sharp writer, a strategic thinker, and someone who measures content by pipeline influence and not page views, we’d love to get to know you.

What You'll Own:

  • Own RegScale's external brand voice and content strategy across all channels that generate awareness and demand
  • Build and own the full editorial calendar and drive themes that align with GTM priorities and integrated campaigns
  • Develop a full content engine that natively leverages AI tools, from creation to execution
  • Drive SEO and organic strategy that drives ICP-aligned traffic
  • Own social media presence, turning our insights into category-defining content
  • Partner with demand gen to ensure content is integrated into campaigns, sequenced across the funnel, and tied to pipeline outcomes

Proven Capabilities:

  • 8+ years in content marketing in B2B SaaS; cybersecurity or GRC domain experience strongly preferred
  • Natively uses AI to scale content production and distribution – examples required
  • Strong SEO foundation with experience using data to drive editorial decisions
  • Sharp writer with the range to go from technical thought leadership to social copy
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Comfortable operating as a senior IC in a lean, fast-moving team
  • Experience in high-growth companies where processes and structure are still evolving
